Sadia Chowdhury

Sadia Chowdhury is a laboratory technician within the Public and Environmental Health Organic Chemistry team at Queensland Health Forensic and Scientific Services. She earned her Bachelor in Pharmacy and Masters in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. With a commitment to professional development, she is undertaking a PhD on stable isotopic analysis in Australian food authentication at the University of Queensland.

Before starting with Queensland Health Sadia worked in a pharmaceutical company as a product development officer where she developed analytical method and validation techniques for new analytes. She was an analytical chemist at ScienTest Analytical Services Queensland, where she was responsible for calibration of analytical instruments, developing of analytical method of new analytes and their validation respectively.
